Water is distributed evenly over a fill media through the distribution basin or spray branch system. The water is cooled through evaporation, then collected through the cold water basin and redistributed into the system.

Process/Fluid Coolers

A closed-circuit cooling tower utilizes a sealed heat exchanger that is tied into the system loop. This creates a contamination free environment that seperates the treated cooling water spray over top of the heat exchanger and fill media. With this design, water, glycols and process fluids can be cooled through the closed-circuit cooling towers without touching the media fill.
